Where to Start
A backyard entertainment area can be one
of the most rewarding ways to improve your lifestyle. But, it can be a
daunting task to put together a plan that incorporates all the ideas you have in
mind. We are here to help with the decision making process. Here is
a list of items to consider when beginning the process.
When you are
ready, just give us a call and we will be happy to visit you at your house to
discuss how we can help.

Ease of Operation
How much will it cost?
Our pools range in price from around $30,000
Our inground spas start at about $18,000.
Average cost of pool operation per year is $300 to $500
How will I pay for the project?
I already have the money
I can sell my boat or lake property
I need a loan. We may be able to help, or you can talk to your banker.
What are the qualities I am
looking for in a contractor?
Look for a company that has a good rating on the Better Business Bureau and
Angie's List. Ask your neighbors and friends who own pools. A sales person who is knowledgeable
about all aspects of pool construction and that can communicate with you
about your ideas and dreams.
What visual aids work the best
for me?
We have full-size templates for many of our pool shapes.
We use a Computer Aided Design System to produce drawings for your project,
before we sign a contract.
How much room do I have in my
yard?
You should measure the area available for your project. If you would
like us to help with this, just give us a call.
What are the city's
requirements?
We are licensed in most cities in the Kansas City Area, so we have their
requirements on file.
Does my neighborhood require
their approval?
Many neighborhoods have associations that control everything from fence
heights to window shade colors. You should check with them as part of
your preliminary investigation.
